This form provides three options for credit card gifts:

1. A one-time payment of the entire gift. Under amount list the total amount of your gift.
2. A recurring gift – You may choose weekly, monthly, quarterly or annual payments, the day of the week/month your card is charged, and an end date for the gift. This option will charge the amount you have listed each time the gift recurs.
3. Installment payments – This option allows you to split the total gift into regular installment payments. For example, to complete your commitment in two years, enter “24” for Number of Installments and choose frequency “Monthly.” You may select when your gift starts.

When you click “Continue” you will see your “cart,” which will show you the total amount of your gift and the amount being charged for your first payment. Click “Checkout” to continue.

Enter your contact and credit card information on the next screen, and click “Pay now” to complete your gift.
